Senior Director of Media and Public Relations, NRECA
Stephen Bell is NRECA’s Senior Director of Media and Public Relations. He oversees NRECA’s media outreach program and is focused on helping tell the 21st century electric cooperative story to national and regional reporters. Bell helps co-ops across the nation bolster their public image, manage their reputation, and foster deeper relationships with their community. Prior to joining NRECA in 2014, Bell spent five years working on Capitol Hill as Communications Director for a Louisiana Congressman.
